I am so glad to hear you are happy in your job and xxxxx are very lucky that they have an employee who is so keen to generate more business.

The economic times we are living in are making business so difficult at the moment. There are many companies that are suffering in the UK and so there are not many ways to generate more business. The only way we are being able to generate more business is to cut our selling prices to our Customers. We have had a great deal of success in these difficult times by cutting our costs, however, we have also had to turn some business down due to the costs being requested by our customers being too low.

I think it is difficult for you as you are dependant on your factories supporting you on reducing costs. I think it something you will need to discuss with your boss.
